Fourth: whether the product requirements are high, whether there is printing or lamination, whether the flatness requirements of the product are very high, and what kind of model is required.

There are two kinds of printing machines: gravure printing machine and relief printing machine.

Relief printing machine: it has the advantages of environmental protection of printing ink, low plate making cost, low cost of electricity and printing ink, and can print a variety of materials, such as film, paper, non-woven fabric, woven bag and other coiled materials. The printing materials are different in different configurations. (at present, the development trend of relief machine is relatively good)

The disadvantage is that the effect of printing film is not as bright as intaglio, and it is easy to have rough edges if it is not operated well.

Gravure printing machine: the advantage is that it is an expert in printing film, with good effect. The high-end gravure printing machine can automatically register colors by computer, with fast printing speed, easy operation and fast start.

The disadvantage is that the electricity cost is high, the unit is too long, the ink taste is large, and the plate making cost is high.
